Lots of people send Evan emails asking him to give up his location through one ploy or another. He never writes back. But here’s the best one I’ve seen so far. It arrived in his email today:
Hi there Evan (wherever you are),
I’ve got a query. If one wanted to send you a care package… without giving away too much about your location, where would you tell someone to send it so that it would reach you at some point on your journey? I’d really like to send you some baked goods – a nice batch of flourless, gluten-free peanut butter cookies, to be exact. (And just so you know, I make a mean peanut butter cookie.)
This offer stands until 11:59pm on September 14.

Flourless cookies are usually gross, but I’ll trust Lindsey. So send them to me c/o Wired and I’ll make sure they get to him on September 16th.
Also, in answer to a query I received: he got the email from Twitter about accessing his account via phone at 3:47 am today, EDT.
